These draft terms describe the current Special Guest service and the limits of its external AI connectors. They are not owner-approved final terms.

Publisher and agreement
The publisher of Special Guest is TEST VALUE (operator name) TEST VALUE (legal form), registered office: TEST VALUE (registered office, Romania); Trade Register: TEST VALUE (Trade Register number); company tax identifier (CUI): TEST VALUE (CUI). Accounts and authority
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and use only a business or community you are authorized to represent. You are responsible for activity through your account and for promptly revoking access you no longer authorize.
The service
Special Guest provides business profiles, public listings, member workspaces and community features. Features may change as the service develops. Public content becomes visible according to the controls described in the workspace.
External AI connectors
The optional OAuth connection is server-bound to the business chosen during consent. Its tools may read that profile, prepare supplied evidence and submit factual suggestions for owner review. The tools must never directly apply or publish profile changes. You decide in Special Guest whether any proposed field is applied.
Your content and evidence
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights to content you provide or publish. Use only public websites and text you are entitled to process. Review AI-assisted suggestions carefully; do not treat generated text as verified fact merely because it was proposed.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, impersonate another person or business, upload unlawful or harmful material, probe credentials or tokens, disrupt the platform, or use automated access outside the documented interfaces and permissions. Bought or rented campaign address lists are prohibited; the platform may suspend abusive sending. An uploaded list declaration does not establish permission to contact each recipient.
Protection and account action
Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, businesses, communities or the service, respond to abuse, or meet legal obligations. Account closure removes active access and public visibility as described in the workspace but does not promise immediate erasure from protected records or backups.
Availability, warranties and liability
The review deployment is a test environment and may be unavailable or changed. Final warranty disclaimers, service commitments, liability limits, intellectual-property terms and any paid-service conditions require owner and jurisdiction-specific legal approval before these terms are used publicly as a binding agreement.
Governing law and disputes
Romanian law governs these terms, and the courts of the operator's registered office have jurisdiction. Consumers retain the mandatory protections of the country where they habitually reside. This template is subject to legal review before V3.
