Find help for your account, business profile and Special Guest AI connections.

Account and business access
Sign in with your Special Guest account to manage the business you are authorized to represent. Invitation, membership or sign-in problems must be resolved in Special Guest; an external AI client cannot grant access to another business.
External AI connections
The OAuth grant is bound on the server to the business selected during consent. You can inspect and disconnect active AI connections from your workspace. Disconnecting revokes that connection and requires authorization again before another tool call.
Profile suggestions
The connector can read the connected profile, prepare text or a bounded public website as evidence, and submit factual suggestions for review. It cannot apply or publish a change. Open the returned review link in Special Guest and choose the fields you want to apply.
Security issue
If you suspect unauthorized access, disconnect the AI connection and protect your Special Guest account immediately. Do not send passwords, access tokens, private keys, payment details or sensitive personal data through profile evidence or a support request.
